We were pleased to update our products in mid-June and continue to be very much open for business across our range of Residential, Buy To Let, Holiday Buy To Let, Buy 4 Uni, Self-Build and Later Life Lending products.
Throughout the Covid19 challenges our people have operated largely on a remote basis but we have continued to provide our trademark personal mortgage support, from front end telephony enquiries through to bespoke, common sense underwriting.
We are currently experiencing high levels of new business demand and are operating on the following time scales:
- New telephone and e-mail enquiries responded to within 48 hours;
- Full DIPs accepted/declined within 72 hours;
- Full applications received, to initial underwriter assessment on average within 7 working days.

Throughout the period of Mortgage Payment Deferrals we’ve responded to all related customer enquiries within a maximum of 48 hours. Now the initial adopters approach the end of their initial 3 months, we’re once again making personal contact to help them restart payments or support in the most appropriate way.
