Nine out of 10 members say they would recommend the mutual to friends and family.

Customers were quizzed following the release of the annual report in March 2017.

A total of 88% out of more than 800 respondents say they would recommend us – an increase of 4% on 2015.

The survey also revealed the following results:

  • 93% ‘believe the Vernon treats me fairly’
  • 92% ‘trust’ the Vernon.
  • 95% say the information they receive is ‘clear and easy to understand’.

“We are delighted with our survey results which are a reflection of the great people we have working for us," said Ian Keeling, our Director of Sales and Marketing.

“In a world increasingly dominated by automation, the ratings we have from our members show just how valued a personal service is.

“That said, we’re not complacent and we have exciting plans to improve our customer experience even further.”

Customers are also happy with our new website with 88% finding it ‘informative and easy to use’.
