We are looking for the best photographs taken in and around Stockport for our 2020 calendar.

Running for its 8th year, our calendar competition gives the local community the opportunity to have their photos published. The calendar will be sold in our six local branches with all proceeds going towards one of our Community Awards finalists selected by the photography competition front page winner. Our favorite photo will also win a £75 Amazon voucher and a spot on the front cover of the calendar with the other 12 winners printed inside!

Again, the Vernon is giving young people the chance to compete by opening submissions to all ages!

Alex, our Marketing Manager said: 'We always receive fantastic images of Stockport, some of which have featured in the Manchester Evening News recently. For our 2020 competition we are giving extra consideration towards photographs that show a unique perspective of Stockport and photos that offer a creative twist’.

The deadline for submissions is 31st October 2019 and can be submitted by emailing marketing@thevernon.co.uk or by clicking here.

Each photograph should be submitted with a name, title and contact details. Also a description for the photograph should be included to be used on the calendar or our social media to give it an extra sparkle!!!
