Thanks to the support of our many valued members, we have been made finalists for three categories in the British Bank Awards 2019.
The British Bank Awards
aim to find the best financial products, hottest innovation and the most trusted financial brands, voted-for by UK consumers. So far over 18,000 customers have voted for over 160 different companies.
However, we haven't won yet. We need your vote
to help us win 'Best Savings Provider', 'Best Specialist Mortgage Provider' and 'Customer Service Champion'.
Upon learning that the Vernon are finalists for three categories, our CEO Steve Fletcher said: "I am delighted to learn that we are a Customer Service Champion finalist. Customer service and mutuality are at the very core of what we do here at the Vernon and we hope to win the award with the help of our members and their consistent feedback".

Voting continues until the 10th of February with the winners announced on the 7th of March at an awards ceremony in London.
