  • Mortgage repayments up to date for the last 12 months (if this is not the case, please get in contact with us)

What happens next?

 

We will produce the ESIS and Acceptance form and email these to you and the customer within two working days. 

The acceptance form requires the customers to sign and return to us if they wish to proceed with the product transfer.

We will schedule the product transfer to take place on the expiry of the current product.

FAQs

How do I get authority to act on my client's behalf?

You need to complete our Declaration of Authority form.

Which products are available to my client?

Our products are not currently listed on any sourcing systems and can only be found on our website here. Some products are restricted by LTV and by remaining balance.

All products listed on our website may be withdrawn or replaced at any time, meaning availability is limited.

How do I request an ESIS?

You can request an ESIS through our ESIS Request form.

Do I need to be registered to complete a product transfer?

Yes, you will need to be registered with us to submit business.

What procuration fee will I receive for a product transfer?

We will pay a procuration fee of 0.20% of the remaining mortgage balance. We calculate this figure at the time of producing the illustration. 

If you submit the transfer through a network or club, we pay a fee of 0.22%, with the extra 0.02% going to the network or club.

When and how will I receive my procuration fee?

We pay procuration fees the month following the completion of the product switch (usually within the first five business days).

We pay fees directly to you or through your network or club, whichever you specify upon registration.

Will you make any revaluations, credit checks or affordability assessments for a transfer?

We will not require a revaluation as we use an indexed valuation we hold on our systems.

No credit checks or affordability assessments will be required when completing a product transfer.

Do I need to inform you of any arrangement fee I charge my client?

Any arrangement fee must be made clear on the ESIS Request form, as the APRC figure calculated in the illustration will be affected by any additional fee charged by you.

At what point is the product transfer secured?

The transfer is secured once we receive your client's signed acceptance form.

Is my client eligible for a product transfer?
