3 ways to switch:

1. Make your own decision

By proceeding online, you will be choosing your own product with no advice from us. This may be the right choice for you if:

  • You want to proceed making your own decision.

  • You don't want to make any changes to your mortgage terms.

  • You don't want to be charged any additional fees for the switching process (Some products may have an arrangement fee).

  • You don't want to complete a credit or affordability assessment.

  • You don't want to complete a revaluation of your property.

  • You'd like to reserve a product up to 4 months in advance of your current product expiring.

If this is the right option for you, please enter your code in the box above to begin. This is found in your mortgage renewal letter.

What you will need:

  • Your access code and mortgage details, found in your renewal letter
  • Around 15 minutes of your time
  • A cup of tea and a biscuit (optional)

2. Speak to our mortgage advisers

You have the option to receive advice from us before making your product switch. This may be the right choice for you if:

  • You require advice on which product is most suitable for you.

  • All parties to your mortgage are available to attend a 1 hour appointment either in branch or over the phone with one of our advisers.

  • You want additional borrowing or would like to adjust the term of your mortgage.

  • You are happy to complete a credit and affordability assessment.

  • You don't want to be charged any additional fees for the switching process (Some products may have an arrangement fee).

  • You'd like to reserve a product up to 4 months in advance of your current product expiring.

3. Speak to your broker

You also have the option to speak to your mortgage broker about your product switch. This may be the right choice for you if:

  • You are happy to let your broker deal with the remainder of this process on your behalf.

  • You are happy to be charged a potential fee by a broker for their advice.

  • You'd like to reserve a product up to 4 months in advance of your current product expiring.

If you would like your broker to proceed on your behalf, please ask them to contact us. They will then guide you through the rest of the product switch process.
